A show of appreciation
Members of Wigan Rotary Club were at Sunshine House collecting surplus medical equipment from local people who no longer had use for them. They will be returned to the NHS for refurbishment and re-use. While there, they took the opportunity to present a cheque to Barbara Nettleton of Sunshine House. Wigan Rotary President Gwyneth Millard thanked Barbara for all the centre does for the community and for allowing this collection to take place there. She said they had all been amazed at the outstanding response from the public.
